Remembrance Sunday this year falls on November 14.
Services and parades are held across the country to remember and honour those who lost their lives in World War 1 and following conflicts.
In many places these services are held at cenotaphs and war memorials.
The Met Office has issued the weather forecast for Sunday, November 14, so you can be prepared for any Remembrance services you attend.
