A CARLISLE based business that works with more than 50 NHS Trusts and healthcare organisations is continuing to grow.
Just R aims to change NHS workplaces for the better so its people can truly thrive.
The business specialises in marketing, branding and communication.
Rachael Bagshaw, founder and CEO of Just R, said: “Since August we’ve taken on six people, including three graduates, and we’ve moved to new premises in Carlyle’s Court.
“We’ve experienced 300 per cent year on year growth and, as our collaborations with the NHS and other healthcare bodies continue to grow, so must we.
“We’re aiming to reach the best home-grown talent by seeking out young people with the right mindset, values and motivations who have the potential to grow quickly."
Design graduate Rosie Mossop, from Carlisle, was the first to join Just R in August.
She said: “It’s been great to have the responsibility for developing the Just R brand and to work on client campaign branding too. I know I played a part in helping an NHS Trust recruit a whopping 46 nurses in one day, which is an amazing feeling."
Jennie Gilligan started at Just R in October.
She said: “I was ready to come back to Carlisle after completing my degree amidst the pandemic, but I was unsure of what jobs were available.
“Rachael used LinkedIn to advertise this post. Just from the job description, I could tell I would be made welcome and be supported to learn and grow in my role. I didn’t get that from other jobs I had seen."
Louise Carr, from near Cockermouth, is in her first month at the business.
She said: “On the job training and open discussion in group meetings are things I’ve benefitted from immediately. I am starting to look after clients and I can't wait to get stuck into my role as a digital delivery executive.”
Rachael added: “We want to provide jobs equal to those found in the best companies in the world, right here in Cumbria.
"We are a team which supports one another to be their best selves doing fulfilling work, which positively impacts society.
"This means we have a company-wide commitment to excellence, making this a challenging and a special place within which I hope people are proud to work.
“And, we love our Cumbrian roots and we are committed to nurturing and developing talented, local young people.”
Just R are recruiting.
