A driver who failed to stop after displaying "poor driving" has been arrested.
A 30-year-old man who was driving a BMW was stopped in Penrith at about 7pm on December 29.
The driver, who is from Penrith, was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving without insurance, driving without an MOT and failing to stop.
A spokesperson for Cumbria Roads Police and ARVs said: "This vehicle failed to stop for #MC26 in Penrith after displaying some poor driving. The driver eventually pulled over and was detained."

The spokesperson added that the vehicle had been seized.
The driver was charged and bailed to attend Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on 13 January 2022.
