THE judges at this year’s Global 100 awards have named Lamont Pridmore as England’s Chartered Accountants of the Year.
The award-winning Cumbrian firm of accountants, tax and business advisers, was selected from thousands of practices across the country for the title.
The judging process also focuses on the complexity and strategic significance of work conducted by each firm and the reputation it holds in each nation.
Lamont Pridmore will now feature in the Global 100 guide, consisting of only 100 of the World’s leading firms and individuals, which is based on votes received from a global readership in more than 163 countries worldwide.
The team at Lamont Pridmore said they are delighted with their latest win, which sets them apart as one of the UK’s leading practices.
Graham Lamont, chief executive at Lamont Pridmore, said: “It is great to be recognised internationally for the work that we do, both supporting local businesses in Cumbria and Lancashire, as well as our work with companies further afield.
“None of the achievements we receive would be possible without the support of our team across the region, who work tirelessly to deliver exceptional services to our growing number of clients.”
Lamont Pridmore has a long and proud history both as a winner of numerous awards and for its role as a judge at some of the accountancy profession's top accolades.
It understands the value that winning an award can add to a business, having gained significant recognition through its national and international titles over the years.
This latest win follows on from the firm being named the UK’s Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers of the Year at the 2021 M&A Today Global Awards.
Lamont Pridmore Partner, Chris Lamont, added: “Another win for us is great as it helps signpost more businesses across the UK and around the world to our services and the advice that we can offer.”
