COMEDIAN Jason Manford is bringing his new tour, ’Like Me’, to The Sands Centre in Carlisle on April 28.
The two-hour long show has gotten rave reviews so far, despite the comedian worrying "How long have you been hanging on to the tickets for this show... two years? I hope you haven't gone off me in that time, it does happen."
His shows had been postponed due to Covid.
The northern TV star has amassed 404,000 followers on Instagram. He used to be a team cCaptain on the popular show ‘8 Out Of 10 Cats’ for three years, and he’s also presented shows such as Comedy Rocks, The One Show, Question Of Sport and Bigheads.
The 40-year-old is known as a family man, material which he heavily draws from, with one reviewer saying: "Some of the strongest material was drawn from Manford's parenting experiences as a dad to six which, despite some exasperated digs about 'psychopath' kids and horrid teenagers, is fundamentally warm and inclusive comedy."
Tickets are currently being sold via Ticketmaster and Jasonmanford.com
