The Met Office has issued a further yellow weather warning for wind across Cumbria as it predicts some exposed areas could see gusts between 70-75mph.
The warning is set to come into place on Friday, February 18 at 7am. At present, it is due to last until 6pm the same evening.
This comes as Storms Dudley and Eunice have swept across the UK throughout the later half of the week.

What to expect during a yellow weather warning
The Met Office has said to expect the following during this period:
- There is a chance of some damage to trees and also perhaps to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs
- There is a chance of longer journey times or cancellations as road, rail, air and ferry services are affected
- There is a chance that some roads and bridges could close
- There is a small chance that power cuts may occur, with the potential to affect other services, such as mobile phone coverage
- There is a small chance that injuries could occur from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties
The Met Office said: “Strong winds will develop through the morning across parts of Northern Ireland and southwest Scotland, transferring across parts of northern England during the day Gusts of 50 to 60 mph are likely, possibly 70-75 mph in a few exposed sites.”
