The cold weather has well and truly departed (we hope…) and people up and down the UK are welcoming some much-needed sunshine.
Warm temperatures are spreading across the UK, and with rumours of an April heatwave, it seems like the good weather is here to stay.
And Carlisle is no exception, with temperatures of up to 18 degrees set to hit this week!
The Met Office said there will be “plenty of sunshine across the region” and a “pleasant” feeling in the sunshine.
