A FAMILY-RUN food and drink company, who have stores in Carlisle and Keswick, have produced a tasty new product to celebrate 70 years of Her Majesty’s reign.

Lakeland Artisan has launched a celebratory, limited-edition jam, adding to their illustrious Cumbrian Delights range - Jubilee Jam, commemorating Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee.

The Jubilee Jam is created by Geoff Monkman, is bursting with rich berries and developed especially to enjoy on scones at street parties celebrating the momentous occasion.

Geoff Monkman, Managing Director explained: “The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee is a very special historical event for Great Britain, and we felt that is was only right that we created a commemorative jam to join in the spirit of the Jubilee celebrations”

Lakeland Artisan has been recognised with over 70 Great Taste Awards for their culinary creations. Everything is lovingly hand crafted in small batches at their production unit.
