A COMPANY which aims to keep hold of Carlisle's talent met with the city's MP to talk about how they could improve graduate opportunities.
NHS attraction and retention specialists, Just R, seeks to create opportunities for graduates locally in Cumbria.
Just R’s CEO and founder Rachael Bagshaw wants to nurture young talent in the city and in the past six months, Just R have welcomed seven graduates into the team.
Carlisle MP John Stevenson visited the team at Just R to show his support in creating opportunities for young people to grow and develop in Carlisle.
Mr Stevenson shared plans to develop Carlisle’s city centre in the hope of attracting people to the city.
