School closes for the day after losing its water supply
A NORTH Cumbrian primary school has closed for the day following a burst water main, the county council has announced.
Silloth Primary School has closed from 1pm today and is due to re-open at 8:30am tomorrow, June 7.
The statement said: "We currently have no water supply due to a burst mains water pipe in the area.
"An update will be issued tomorrow morning if we are to remain closed tomorrow."
