Woman arrested after fire at popular Eden gastropub over the weekend
A WOMAN has been arrested on suspicion of arson - after a fire at a popular Eden gastropub over the weekend.
In the early hours of Sunday, June 12, fire broke out in the popular and much loved pub, the George and Dragon at Clifton.
A 31-year-old woman from Penrith was arrested on suspicion of two counts of arson and released on police bail.
One of the offences relates to an incident on May 20 at the same location.
