Kathleen Elizabeth (Betty) Wills
Peacefully after a short illness at The Cumberland Infirmary on August 9, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Tom, much loved and devoted mam of Caroline, Dawn, Alan, Martin, Peter and Catherine, very much-loved grandma, great-grandma, mother-in-law, sister to Joyce and friend to many. A funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church Wigton on Monday 22nd August at 11.00am followed by interment in Wigton Cemetery. Wearing of black is not a requirement. Joan Gibson
Joan passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary on August 3, aged 86. Beloved wife of Ian and devoted mother of Andrew, Elizabeth and daughter-in-law Joyce. Janet Stewart
Janet Keith, Deborah, Sally and family would like to thank all friends, neighbours and relatives of the late Janet for all their kind words, wishes of sympathy, flowers, cards and donations received. After a short illness, Gail passed peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, aged 65 years, adored wife of Keith, a very much loved mam of Kelly and Lee, dearly loved sister of Jackie and the late Linda. Audrey Nichol
Passed away peacefully at Kingston Court Nursing Home, Carlisle on Thursday 4th August 2022. Wife of the late Captain J C Nichol, mother of Judith, Julia, Debra and Michelle. Grandmother to Pollyanna, sister to the late Tom Workman, sister-in-law to Beverly Workman and aunty to Christine, Geoffrey, Alex and Adrianne. Peacefully on August 1 with family and friends by her side, aged 51 years. Much loved mother to Lauren, cherished friend to Rachel, Pam and Steph to name a few. Wendy Susan swadly passed away, suddenly on Tuesday August 2 at home, Wendy aged 42 years. Devoted and much loved mam of Poppy and Alfie, also a much loved step-mam of Jason and Kerry, loving partner of Peter, treasured daughter of Charlie and Mary, dearly loved sister, sister-in-law, niece, special auntie, wonderful nana Wendy of Elana and a lovely friend to everyone. Renee Smith
Peacefully in Canada on 6th August, aged 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Arthur and dearest mother of Marjorie, Brenda, Joan and the late Colin, loving grandma and great-grandma. Will be sadly missed by all.
Sandra Roberts
Sandra Died on August 1 at home, with her beloved husband James at her side. Dearly beloved daughter of Violet and the late Kenneth Smith, precious sister of David. Oh how we will miss her ! Forever in our hearts. The funeral is at Peterborough Crematorium on Wednesday 31st August at 11.00am.
