A PENSIONER from west Cumbria has admitted two drug dealing offences.
Barrie Bray, 75, from Nook Street, Workington, has pleaded guilty possessing Class B amphetamine with intent to supply; and a second charge of supplying the class C drug diazepam.
He was caught with the amphetamine on June 5, 2020.
He committed the diazepam offence between December 12, 2019, and May 25, 2020, Carlisle Crown Court was told. Judge Nicholas Barker said a background pre-sentence report should be prepared before the pensioner is sentenced.
The judge set the sentencing date as October 3 and granted the defendant unconditional bail until that day.
