A charity has spoken of the former monarch's warmth and inspiration following her passing.
Pride in North Cumbria (PiNC), an LGBTQ+ youth charity, has issued an official statement on the matter.
A spokesperson said: "We at Pride in North Cumbria thank her for her remarkable commitment and her warmth; the lady was an inspiration to us all and held her head high throughout her reign.
"We at PiNC offer our condolences to her family in this difficult time.
"Long live the King!"
