Rehearsals are well underway for Whitehaven and District Amateur Operatic Society’s latest production.

The society are putting on the perennial favourite show “The Addams Family” at Rosehill Theatre from Tuesday, November 1 until Saturday, November 5.

The musical, written by composer Andrew Lippa, made its Broadway debut in 2010 and is based on the famous American television show.

The show tells the story of Wednesday, a member of the Addams Family who falls in love with a normal boy, Lucas.
