CARLISLE'S Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton says she is enjoying the 'all consuming' show which is a 'rollercoaster but great'.
Talking to Christina Lampard on ITVs Lorraine Show this morning (Friday) she and dance partner Gorka Marquez revealed they are working hard on a new dance routine for tomorrow's first eliminator round.
She said: "I'm having a great time. Your body hurts but you are so on the high with all the endorphins. It's a rollercoaster but its great.
"I love all the training the wardrobe and the makeup audience made me nervous but once you get out there its fine.
"It's totally different for me but then challenging yourself is good.
Helen and Gorka have been rehearsing all week to perform the Cha Cha Cha for tomorrow evening's show following on from their American Smooth routine at the launch show.
The pair are dancing the Cha Cha Cha to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande's track 'Rain On Me'
The pair plan to make the dance 'Sassy cheeky and Sexy'
Helen added: "It's been a difficult week a tough week of training. It's all consuming but I'm loving it."
Helen also told Christina Lampard that her kids have asked Gorka to teach them the moonwalk
She said: "They have already asked you haven't they. They said Excuse me Gorka can we learn the moonwalk?"
She added: "I want really nice comments from the judges and not to let [Gorka] down."
