CARLISLE born Helen Skelton won her confidence back to wow the Strictly Come Dance judge.
The 39-year-old got a standing ovation from the audience and was handed an 8 from impressed Anton Du Beke.
Presenter Tess Daly said to Helen: "You sold it on that Cha Cha Cha - so much work went into that routine. You've worked really hard.
Anton who awarded 8 points said: "You started off and I and went yeah baby! and when you finished I wanted to say Yeah baby."
"I want more tapping his heart [confidence] because you have got it."
Craig Revel Horwood however was not impressed and was critical of her routine saying: "It will never look good unless you have got a straight leg darling."
Helen said she was pleased with the positive comments and took the feedback on board.
