This week our Trader of The Week is IM Events who are based in Carlisle.
The company, run by Ian Milburn, is a promotions company who run an array of events including race nights, music events and has even welcomed high profile celebrities to the area.
Ian has been running the company for several years and in this time has brought the likes of Tyson Fury and former boxer Chris Eubank to the area.
His company has proved to be very successful and during lockdown he also did a lot of charity work for a range of different causes.
Mr Milburn said: "Over the years we've had one or two big names come to the area. I also host a lot of dinner nights and host charity nights. I MC myself so any other nights I host I'll compare and try to bring a bit of fun to them.
"I've also hosted civic dinners and a range of other things. I work with a management company in Blackpool, and I've had a good relationship with them for about seven year.
"They have a book of some of the biggest sporting names in the world, so since I've started running the company, we've built up a good relationship.
"I'd done a little bit of MCing and lost my job as the company I worked for went into administration. So, I set it up then and decided to go into it fulltime.

"One of the first celebrities we got was Paul Gascoigne at The Sands Centre and it all developed from there.
"During lockdown I did a whole lot of fundraising through my Facebook page and I raised around £40,000 for local charities.
"Some of the charities we supported were North Cumbria Integrated Care, Eden Valley Hospice, Carlisle Youth Zone, Save Our Stan and also a bit for Carlisle and Eden Mind."
Ian explained that he is really pleased with the success that he's had whilst running the company and said that he's really admired some of the people he's hosted.
