CARLISLE United kit sponsor Aqua Pura are set to raise £90,000 for Help for Heroes.

The Cumbrian company, based in Armathwaite, has announced a two year extension to its partnership with the veteran's charity.

The partnership, which started in 2021, has already raised £30,000 pounds for the charity and aims to raise at least another £60,000 over the next two years.

Aqua Pura's partnership with Help for Heroes will help the charity to continue to provide a wide range of services to veterans including financial support, careers advice, and help with physical or mental health.

Natasha Robertson, corporate partnerships manager at Help for Heroes echoed how vital the funds are to supporting the charities goals.

She said: “Life can be tough when a military career comes to an end, particularly if it has been cut short by an illness or injury.

"That’s why we help the Armed Forces community with not only their physical health, but also their mental wellbeing. Through partnering with Aqua Pura, we will be able to help more people live well after service,” she continued.

Terri Cooper, marketing manager at Aqua Pura also expressed her commitment to supporting Help for Heroes.

She said: "As a company, we are proud to partner with Help for Heroes. The charity is close to the hearts of many people here at Aqua Pura.

"As well as working alongside a number of veterans in the business, many employees have family members, friends or ex-colleagues who have benefited from the amazing work Help for Heroes does."
