- Jury to hear evidence in Carlisle Crown Court on sixth day of trial of two Carlisle men accused of murdering 24-year-old Ryan Kirkpatrick
- In the dock are 29-year-old Kane Hull, of no fixed abode, and 33-year-old Liam Porter, of Fulmar Place, Carlisle.
- Both deny murdering Mr Kirkpatrick on September 18 last year (2021) at Carlyle’s Court, in Carlisle city centre.
- The trial is expected to last between two and three weeks.
- The judge in charge of the trial is The Honourable Mr Justice Linden.
