Carlisle United have been drawn against Walsall in the second round of the FA Cup.
On Saturday, The Blues kicked off their 2022/23 FA Cup campaign with a 2-1 win against fellow League Two side Tranmere Rovers.
Goals from Jordan Gibson and Jayden Harris ensured that Carlisle would be in Monday night's draw.
Now Paul Simpson's side will travel to the Poundland Bescot Stadium to take on Michael Flynn's Saddlers.
This all-League Two encounter will see the Blues face mid-table Walsall with the sides meeting in less than a week's time in the league.
This league fixture at Brunton Park now holds even more significance as Paul Simpson's side have the opportunity to gauge the strength of the Saddlers before their cup meeting.
A win in the second round would not only tee up the potential for the Blues to secure a Premier League opponent in the third round, but would also net Paul Simpson's side £67,000 in prize money.
The FA Cup second round fixtures will be played on the weekend of November 26.
