A CUMBRIAN hotel will host a 'well-being workshop' to allow people de-stress amid the festive period.
Bassenthwaite hotel Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa has launched its Winter Wreath & Wellbeing Workshop, taking place on December 11.
Guests will be invited for some festive food and drink, as well as yoga sessions throughout the morning.
The hotel will then take guests to collect the foliage for their creations, before heading back to the hotel to create the wreaths.
A spokesman for Armathwaite Hall said: "Perfect for those who wish to soak up every element of nature and find their inner peace before the December festivities and celebrations truly kick off, the workshop begins with a gentle, restorative forest bathing session, where weaving their way through the beautiful surrounding woodland on the estate, they will gather materials for their wreaths as they go.

"Not only will the stroll in nature wind down an active mind ready for the workshop, but the body will also relieve any tension built up by Christmas planning stress. You know the one we mean."
The Winter Wreath & Wellbeing Workshop costs £105 per person and takes place from 10am – 3.30pm on December, 11.
