IN a pledge to continue to supply relief and medical aid to Ukraine, a garden centre will be sending another ambulance 'full of medical supplies' to Lviv.
This will be the second emergency response vehicle hand delivered to the Ukrainian border by Plumpton's The Pot Place.
Co-owner's Paul Thomas and Kevin Roper wanted to do what they could to help immediately as the invasion began, and their efforts haven't slowed down.
The team have also successfully fundraised to purchase an ambulance motorbike, but will have to wait till better weather conditions to deliver due to snowfall.

"We could have put the bike in the Ambulance but would have had little room left for medical supplies. The joint decision was to bring the ambulance as soon as possible full of medical and winter supplies.
"We will continue our fundraising and hope to have enough to take a third ambulance out with the bike in March," Paul said.
Paul and Norman Tolson will be setting out with the ambulance on December 9, and all going to plan will pass on the vehicle to their contact Andrij (director of Ambulance Services Lviv) at the border on December 13.
On Saturday (November 26), the group held a ‘Taste of Ukraine’ food evening - hailed by Paul as a 'huge success'.
The event raised over £1,300 towards the appeal.
"We have had some large personal donations of late and its these that have got us there so soon. People see the news, no power, no light, no heat, winter freezing temperatures and it just makes you want to do something," he said.
Earlier this year, the garden centre fundraised for four months to raise £9,500 to send an NHS fleet vehicle across.
The connection was made to Lviv through the help of The Pot Place's new Ukrainian employee Kateryna and her sister.
