A hotel is looking to expand its team after having refurbished its accommodation.
The Farlam Hall, near Brampton, has announced it is looking for a head housekeeper to expand its housekeeping team.
This is after they announced the complete refurbishment of its 12 bedrooms and 6 luxury cottages.
A spokesperson from the Farlam Hall said that as a housekeeper, responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of public areas, cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms, vacuuming rooms and corridors, and changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
Prospective employees would also need to undertake regular deep cleaning tasks, restock and maintain the housekeeping trolley on a daily basis, and to manage general guest requests.
The pay is £9.50 an hour, the minimum wage for people aged 23 and up, and there are full-time, part-time, and zero-hour contract jobs available.
It is preferred that applicants have at least one year of housekeeping experience.
To apply, email marie@farlamhall.co.uk.
