KENNEDY Lilian At home peacefully in her sleep on 27th December age 103 years. Born 11th Nov 1919 in Little Broughton Lilian was the last surviving child of nine Born to Atkinson & Mary Stephenson. Lilian married Ronald Jackson (d 1953) in 1939. They had 2 sons, Ronald in 1940 (d 2019 ) & Alan in 1950. Also married John Kennedy (d 1984) in 1959. Was a long time friend of Bill Bowes (d 2012). Is survived by son Alan and son Ronald's wife Sheena Plus many grandchildren, gt grandchildren and gt gt grandchildren and a much loved auntie. Lilian's working life began "in service " at Carlisle in 1934 ending as a clerical officer 14MU Carlisle (6 site) in 1984. Lilian was a good friend to many and an active member of The " Victorians" And "Carlisle Musical Society". Enjoyed bowling into her late 80's at St James's Park.
