A man has been charged by detectives in Carlisle with conspiring to commit arson.
Kane Hull, 29, formerly of no fixed address, will appear before the city’s magistrates’ court tomorrow, January 26.
Hull is charged in connection with a vehicle fire in the west of Carlisle in October last year.
