WE shared the news that landlords of a popular Penrith hotel announced they will be calling last orders for good later this year.
The Agricultural Hotel, owned by Wendy and Gary, announced on social media that they will cease trading on June 4, on the back of 20 years of trading.

Barbara Naylor asked whether the pub will get a new landlord.
Irene Simonini said: "So sorry to hear you calling it a day, we have had some lovely meals there. This used to be my late husband and my local. My late husband used to love joining the farmers, when they had Bern to the mart, seeing and selling farm stock. Good luck for your future, the Aggie as we used to call it ,will definitely be a big miss for Penrith."
Eleanor Hancock said: "We will really miss our regular early meal drop in on the way to the theatre."

The business urged anyone who purchased gift vouchers to use them before the end of May.
