Emergency services remain on the scene of a fire that struck in the early hours of this morning (February 15) at a bakery.
Firefighters were sent out to reports of a fire at The Bakehouse on Senhouse Street, Maryport at 2.47am.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS) said: "Upon arrival, the building was well alight and had spread to all four floors of the property.
"At the height of the incident, 10 fire engines and several specialist vehicles from CFRS attended the scene working alongside Cumbria Police, North West Ambulance Service, local authority and United Utilities to bring the incident under control.
"There are no reported casualties and the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

"CFRS and Cumbria Police will now begin a full fire investigation process.
"Road closures are currently in place on Curzon Street and Senhouse Street in Maryport with diversions in place.
"CFRS crews will remain on scene throughout today.
"We would like to thank the local community and businesses for their patience whilst we bring the incident to a safe conclusion."
Police advised residents to avoid rhe areas of Senhouse Street and Curzon Street in Maryport, both of which were closed as a result.
Mark Jenkinson, the MP for the Workington constituency, which contains Maryport, tweeted: "Devastating to see the damage on Senhouse Street this morning, and my heart goes out to those affected.
