Peacefully at The Cumberland Infirmary on Friday, February 17 after a short illness.

Carol, of Cumwhinton, formerly of Hallbankgate and High Hesket. Aged 59 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late David, much loved mam of the late JD, dear daughter of Joyce and the late Geoff.

Carol will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.

Funeral service at Carlisle Crematorium on Monday, March 6 at 11.40am.

Katherine Mary Monkhouse (Kay)

Suddenly but peacefully at Cumberland Infirmary with her family by her side on Sunday, February 12.

Kay, aged 85 years, beloved wife of the late Ronnie, dearly loved mam of Kevin and Karen.

Adored grandma, great-grandma, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, auntie and friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Tuesday, March 7 at 11:00am.

Joseph Hugh (Joe) Harris 

Died February 1 aged 90 years.

Memorial Service at St. John the Evangelist Church, Plumpton, on Friday, March 10 at 1.00 pm.

Doris Muriel Winder (nee Burns)

Unexpectedly and suddenly at home on February 8 with her husband by her side. Muriel aged 78 years.

Much loved by Norman, Lisa, Matthew, Jean, Brian, the late Betty and Ken and her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service will be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Thursday, March 2 at 1.40pm to celebrate the life of Muriel, followed by refreshments at The Greenhill Hotel, Wigton.

Kathleen Mary Ashbridge 

Peacefully on Thursday, February 16 at Silloth Convalescent Home, Silloth, Kathleen Mary, formerly of Sharpe House, Caldbeck.

A much loved and sadly missed aunt, great-aunt and a good friend to many. Aged 92 years.

A private family cremation will take place at Carlisle Crematorium on Friday, March 3 followed by a service of thanksgiving for Kathleen's life at St Kentigern Church, Caldbeck, at 1pm.

Annette Harwood (nee Hudleston)

Formerly of Watermillock.

Died peacefully at home in Carlisle on February 20 aged 88.

Darling wife of Christopher, beloved mother of Rupert, Felicity and Theresa, grandmother of Emilia and six more, great grandmother of two.

She was a true character and will be deeply missed.

Peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Sunday, February 19, Percy aged 97 years.

Dearly loved wife of Ian, cherished mum of Paul and Jamie and their wives Maria and Bridget, adored by her grandchildren Louie, India, Freddie and Eliza.

Brenda will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
