POLICE have made two arrests after being called out to reports of youths shooting at wildlife in a city park.
Cumbria Constabulary said they received a report of three youths shooting birds with air rifles in Petteril Bank playground this evening (March 29).
Two officers attended the scene at around 6.25pm. They made two arrests and confiscated weapons.
A spokesperson from the constabulary said the incident is 'in hand'.
