Cumbrian Cath O'Donnell has been promoted to the starting line-up for England's Six Nations clash with Italy.
The Maryport lock, a replacement last time out against Scotland, now gets her chance in the XV.
She will feature alongside debutant Delaney Burns as England play their first game since the retirement of legendary captain Sarah Hunter.
Carlisle-born O'Donnell will aim to help England to a second successive victory on Sunday in this year's TikTok-sponsored competition, having beaten Scotland 58-7.
Red Roses head coach Simon Middleton is hoping his side can put on another good performance at Franklin's Gardens.
“We’re really looking forward to Sunday’s game against Italy in Northampton," said Middleton.
"We were pleased to get our campaign up and running with a good win against Scotland last weekend which was a fitting send-off for long-time captain Sarah Hunter.
"Marlie Packer will now take over the role for the rest of the tournament and will want to stamp her own brand of leadership on the team starting against Italy."
Kick-off on Sunday is 3pm and the game is live on BBC2.
