A Thai restaurant has received a new hygiene rating.
Siam Thai, located at 7 Lonsdale Street, Carlisle, was inspected on February 25, 2023, and its rating has now been revealed by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).
Rated four, the FSA said the restaurant had 'very good' hygienic food handling, the cleanliness of the building and facilities was 'good', and the management of food safety was 'generally satisfactory'.
