HERE is a round-up of police appeals across North Cumbria in the last week.

Police are investigating a collision that occurred in the car park outside of Sainsburys and Premier Inn in Penrith yesterday (April 6) at around 4pm.

The collision involved a MG VS and two pedestrians.

One of the pedestrians a man in his 60s was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary by air ambulance his condition is described as serious but stable.

The other pedestrian a woman in her 50s was taken to Cumberland Infirmary with minor injuries.

The driver of the MG was uninjured.

Police are investigating the theft of a John Deere XUV865M that occurred between 10pm on April 3 and 5:30am on the 4 April in the area of Helton, Penrith, Cumbria.

Police are investigating a robbery that is reported to have occurred at around 5:20pm yesterday (April 4), within the area of Holme Head Bay near Denton Street, Carlisle.

The incident is reported to have involved two/three males and a male victim.

Police are appealing for the victim of this incident and any witnesses with any information to come forward and contact us.

The victim is described as wearing a blue Stone Island hoodie, black shorts and black shoes.

Police are appealing for information following the report of a theft of 25 sheep valued at £7,200 from the area of Crosby on Eden overnight between 3 April and 4 April.

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed anything or seen any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area between midnight and 6am this morning.

Police arrested a man and made a seizure of an amount of cannabis as officers searched a property in Carlisle.

The search was carried out on Saturday ( April 1 ) at a property in Newtown Close.

The arrested man, who is in his twenties, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of cannabis.

He was later bailed while enquiries continue.
