Cumbrian Cath O'Donnell will bid to help England maintain their 100 per cent start to the TikTok Women's Six Nations this weekend.
She has kept her place in the Red Roses starting line-up for the clash with Wales in Cardiff.
O'Donnell, from Maryport, previously helped England to victory over Italy, while she came off the bench in the opening win over Scotland.
Loughborough Lightning star O'Donnell and vice-captain Zoe Aldcroft have been named as the second-row combination for Saturday's game at Cardiff Arms Park.
Wales have also won their opening two games.
England head coach Simon Middleton said: "Wales have had a strong start to the tournament and will present a tough challenge.
"We’re really looking forward to Saturday’s game in Cardiff. England against Wales is always a massive occasion.
"It’s great to see Cardiff Arms Park is a sell-out and it will generate a fantastic atmosphere. It is a challenge I know the players and staff are looking forward to and will relish."
Alex Matthews makes her first appearance of the tournament at No.8 while Emma Sing makes her first international start at full back.
Kick-off is 2:15pm with the game live on BBC Two.
