GLOBAL drum and bass artists Sigma have been announced as a headliner as part of the upcoming Solfest line-up.
Composed of Cameron Edwards and Joe Lenzie, the duo will be headlining the Tarns Dub Stage, the festival's main dance tent, on Saturday, August 26.
One of the biggest drum and bass artists will be providing something a little bit different as they join the Solfest bill alongside The Libertines, Ocean Colour Scene and The Undertones.
The festival takes place from August 24 to 29 at the North Lakes Country Park in Silloth.
Tarns dub stage manager, Nathan Sutherland, said: "We are extremely excited to announce the main headliner for the Tarns Dud stage and another awesome addition to an already packed Solfest line-up. Sigma.
"The duo are one of the biggest drum and bass acts in the world with more than 7 million global sales and hits such as 'Nobody to Love', 'Changing' and 'Find Me' among others.
"As pioneers of the drum and bass scene, they have been one of the most successful acts to cross into the mainstream and this summer are going back to their roots with a host of tear-out drum and bass sets - which is going to get the Tarns dub stage absolutely bouncing," he said.
The Tarns dub stage will be releasing more headliners soon.
