A DRIVER has been taken to hospital with 'serious injuries' following a crash in Whitehaven.
Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred at 8pm on Saturday ,May 13 on the A595 at Whitehaven.
The collision involved a white Suzuki Celerio and a silver Volkswagen Tiguan.
The driver of the Suzuki was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He remains in hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or dashcam footage of either vehicle to contact police.
