PLANS have been lodged to change the use of a former commercial premises to a wine bar in Carlisle's city centre.
The application was lodged with Cumberland Council on April 28.
The plans seek to turn a currently vacant unit into a bar at number 4 on The Crescent.
It was submitted by JMC National Limited.
The application form states the proposed development will: "Change the interior to a wine bar, make adjustments to the existing toilets and adapt existing cellar to storage and an office."

The public can view and comment on all applications submitted to Cumberland Council for approval.
Councillors on the planning panel will take comments of support or objection into account when giving a verdict.
