AN APPLICATION has been put forward for the erection of four houses on the outskirts of Carlisle.
The plans, submitted to Cumberland Council on May 18, aim to bring four new homes to Tarraby, at Tarraby Lane.
The two-storey detached houses will fall on the land next to Shortdale Cottage.
The recent submission is a Reserved Matter application, one which had previously been submitted in 2020.
Plans for the four-bedroom homes were submitted by Sam Greig Planning on behalf of Mr Ormiston.
If permission is approved, the houses will be located next to an already existing orchard/vegetable garden.
