A WORKINGTON man has admitted illegally possessing an air weapon and ammunition while banned.
Scott Foster, 32, who was banned from having such items because at the time he was under a suspended sentence order, committed the two offences on April 24, Carlisle Crown Court heard.
He also pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker and possessing the Class B drug cannabis. Judge Nicholas Barker said the defendant, of Mountain View, Harrington, will be sentenced on July 26.
A pre-sentence background report will be prepared and the defendant was granted bail in the meantime.
