A POLICE investigation has been launched after a 'high value theft' of aluminium floor decks from a property near the A66 at Brough.
Police are investigating the high-value theft of aluminium floor decks, which was reported to police on the afternoon of June 19.
It is thought that some heavy machinery must have been required to move them due to the weight and that it would have required more than one trip.
The theft occurred at a property near the A66 at Brough.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area, suspicious vehicles, or if anyone saw people/workers in the area.
Officers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have dash cam footage which may assist.
