Carlisle's Green Room Club is set to ignite the imaginations of space enthusiasts and sci-fi lovers with the launch of a monthly live radio theatre showcase.
Space Radio will feature original sci-fi comedy stories, comedic adaptations of classic works, and a galaxy of local creative talent at the city's West Walls Theatre.
The inaugural performance is scheduled for July 28, 2023, at the Theatre Downstairs at 7pm.
Tickets are available at the door and are pay-as-you-feel, with the suggested donation being only £5, with a superb prize up for grabs with a £1 raffle ticket.

As a bonus, participants are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the event by donning their finest spacesuits, tin foil hats, and dazzling sci-fi costumes.
The best-dressed individual will be awarded another fabulous prize.
Directed and adapted by Eden McIntyre, the first programme of Space Radio promises an array of entertaining stories and hilarious tales, including a fresh take on the classic Buck Rogers in: The Podcast of Doom, adapted from the original radio serials by Dick Calkins.
Audiences will also be treated to Tales from the Satellite: Salsa Night, a surreal mystery set in space, written by Eden McIntyre.
Space Radio Volume One will be performed by Jason Munn, Sarah Waters, Phil Hewitson, and Eden McIntyre.
