POLICE: Crime falls in most areas in Cumbria
POLICE are investigating a 'racist hate crime' that happened in a play area.
A racist comment was allegedly made during the incident, which happened between 5.20pm and 5.45pm on July 9 on the play area/car park in Gosforth.
Officers want to speak with a boy, aged 11, around 5ft 4ins tall with short brown hair, who was wearing a blue t-shirt, in relation to this incident.
