A CUMBRIAN service station is the third most family-friendly in the country.
Tebay North has been given the title by ALA Insurance, the ranking was determined on a range of factors important to families such as play areas, free parking, food options, and more.
A spokesperson said: "With the school holidays soon approaching, it’s the time of year where families are gearing up for fun road trips and staycations.
"As planning starts, it’s no surprise that searches for ‘family road trips’ are spiking, rising 69 per cent in July in the UK.
"A big factor we all consider when planning a trip is the service station we stop at. For those with children, comfortable stops to keep the family comfortable and entertained can make or break a holiday."
