Story Homes has announced the launch of its new development, St. Andrew’s Gardens, located at Thursby near Carlisle.

The new development offers 67 homes ranging from two to six bedrooms, including some of the housebuilders' most popular house types such as the four-bedroom Hewson and five-bedroom Charlton.

The development features a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, designed for modern living, with a high specification throughout, and has been carefully designed to create attractive street scenes for which Story Homes is renowned.

The St Andrew's Garden planning application was previously refused twice by Allerdale Borough Council, but following a four day inquiry which took place in December 2022, the Planning Inspectorate allowed Story Homes to go ahead with the build.
