YEAR 11 students from St Benedict's returned to school today to collect their GCSE results, celebrating with parents, teachers, and friends.
The students had the option to receive their results via email or pick them up in school.
After receiving their results, they had the opportunity to speak with their teachers and participate in a Sixth Form interview if needed.
Among the notable results this year, Mycah Labiano achieved five 9's, three 8's, one 7, and a Level 2 Distinction.
She will be furthering her studies in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at the school's Sixth Form.
Another exceptional student, Mya Barwise, attained two 9's, two 8's, and five 7's.
She will be pursuing Biology, Chemistry, History, and English Language in the Sixth Form.
Josh Groggins achieved three 9's, three 8's, a Level 2 Distinction, one 6, and two 5's.
He has also been accepted into the Sixth Form and will study Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths.
Other students with notable results include Isabelle Ritchie, Aaron Ronquillo, and Alisha Seath. Isabelle achieved two 9's, one 8, five 7's, one 6, and one 5. Aaron achieved two 9's, one 8, five 7's, and a Level 2 Distinction. Both Isabelle and Aaron will continue their studies in the Sixth Form.
Alisha Seath attained four 9's, three 8's, two 7's, and one 5.
Natasha McDonald secured one 9, six 8's, and three 6's, intending to study Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English Language in the Sixth Form.
Another special congratulations is in order for Year 9 student, Samir Salame who sat his GCSE Arabic two years early and gained a grade 9!
