Guy Fawkes Night, also known as Guy Fawkes Day, Bonfire Night and Fireworks Night, is circled several times in many Brits' calendars.
A staple tradition in the UK, watching a firework display is the definitive moment you forget all about summer and focus entirely on what's to come, Christmas.
The crisp autumn months are already upon us and as mad as it sounds, Christmas really isn't that far away.
Firework displays are a spectacular sight to behold - done properly - and a great way to get the family and friends together for one night.
With that in mind, here we list 8 firework displays taking place in Cumbria over the next couple of weeks.
