TV legend Timmy Mallett is coming to Carlisle to do a talk and book signing.
Timmy Mallett - Utterly Brilliant will be hosted at Carlisle Cathedral on Monday, November 6.
The show will take place at 7pm in the Fratry Hall.
A spokesperson said: "Did you know Timmy Mallett has cycled around the entire coastline of Britain, a total of 7,600km, completed over the course of 118 days in the saddle?
"He also cycled the Camino de Santiago in Spain, with both journeys inspired by his brother, Martin, who has learning and language difficulties.
"These journeys, along with stories from his life on screen, will be discussed at this Utterly Brilliant event on Monday, November 6 in the Fratry Hall. Tickets are on sale now."
Mallett is known for his extensive work on TV, including presenting the kids' show Wide Awake Club in the 1980s and its spin-off Wacaday. He's also appeared in two series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
