A 23-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of making indecent images of children.
Ben Robinson-Brown, of Sunnyslack, Broughton Moor, Maryport, did not enter pleas to the following charges when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court:
- Making 15 Category A indecent images of a child (the most serious category of child abuse images)
- Making one Category B indecent image of a child
- Making 13 Category C indecent images of a child
- Possessing two extreme pornographic images which depicted a person performing a sex act with a dog
- Distributing a Category C indecent image of a child
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Maryport in August and September last year.
Robinson-Brown will appear at Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on December 4.
