Taste Cumbria's Christmas event brings back the popular Supper Club, with a twist.

This year's dining experience takes foodies to Low Hall The Lakes, a restored farmhouse on the outskirts of Cockermouth, on December 7.

Last year’s event debuted the Supper Club concept with a great reception, and this year’s event at the Loveable Old Barn, an event space usually reserved for parties and weddings, promises to be an enchanting setting.

The event location, run by the 'hugely welcoming' Ben and Francesca Knight, has been transformed into a 'magical place' by the team.

The evening will see guests tucking into a three-course Winter feast created by Ambleside's Smokey Pikes team.

Guests will be treated to a complimentary welcome cocktail before the meal, which is packed with locally sourced produce.

Tickets are available now for £45.

The Supper Club dinner is part of the Taste Cumbria Christmas Festival, taking place in Cockermouth on December 9-10.

The festival features chef demonstrations, live music, family entertainment, hot food stalls, and opportunities to explore Cockermouth's independent businesses.

The festival, organised by Cumberland Council, is sponsored by Cockermouth Town Council, The Coffee Kitchen Bakery, Holmen Iggesund and Milburns Solicitors, and supported by Cockermouth & District Chamber of Trade.
