A man from Carlisle is to appear in court after being charged following an incident on Baird Road, Carlisle on November 14.
Anthony Sheckley, 54, of Grange Road, Carlisle was charged with theft from a motor vehicle.
He is to appear at Carlisle’s Magistrates today, November 15.
